初论大亚湾开发区供水水源及水厂设置

PRELIMINARY DISCUSSION ON WATER SUPPLY RESOURCE AND WATER-TREATING PLANT LOCATION IN THE DAYA BAY DEVELOPMENT ZONE

研究了开发区外围河流的水资源及开发区内现有水库的水资源情况， 并对开发区总体规划中只建一个净水厂的不利因素进行了论证， 提出了开发区近期仅将现有几座农用水库进行加固处理并连通， 新建厚福径水库， 即可供应１８４ 万ｍ３／ｄ 源水，以满足区内近期的供水需求， 开发区远期供水问题可通过西枝江引水至开发区的风田水库和厚福径水库， 引水工程分两期建设。开发区应设置２ 座相当规模的净水厂，

Having investigated the water resource in the peripheral rivers and in the existing reservoirs and analyzed the disadvantages of building only one water-treating factory in the overall plan , a scheme is put forward which is reinforcing and connecting the existing reservoirs which are for agriculture purpose and building a new reservoir named Houfujing , which can supply 18.4 hundred thousand cubic meter water per day to meet the short-term water-supply demand in the development zone ; diverting from Xizhijiang River to Fengtian reservoir and Houhujing reservoir to solve the long-term water-supply problem , which can be constructed in two phases ; building two considerable water-treating plants in the development zone to ensure the whole zone sufficient water to use.
