摘要
从经济学的角度分析企业污染产生的行为及控制污染的各种对策， 提出我国应以颁布污染标准和征收清污费相结合、运用政策的强制性和市场调节的灵活性相结合的办法， 达到控制污染、保护环境的目的。
The generation of enterprises pollution behevior and some policies of control pollution from economics is analyzed. The author points out that in order to protect environment and control pollution, it is necessary to combine with the pollution standard and impose on controlling pollution tax, and to use the compulsion policy and market mechanism.
