关于相对精度的若干问题研究

本文讨论相对精度及其计算方法.计算相对精度应使用原平差基准下的精度;新基准仅作为推算相对精度的起始位置.相对边长误差不能通过两边长的差函数来计算.随着新基准的不同选择，相对点位误差可有多种含义.

This paper discusses the problems about relativ ascuracy and its calculating mathods.To calculating the relative accuracy has to use the error under the original datum andthe new datum is only used for the begining position of the calculation. Relative error beteen two sides cann't be calculated by their difference function.Relative positional error may have different meanings with the different new datum choosing.
