摘要
本文给出大气环境质量评价的未确测度模型.与其它评价模型比较，本模型更加严谨，使评价结果合理、实用.
This paper sets up an unascertained measuring model .Comparing with other models ,this model is more rigorous ,the conclusion is more reasonable and practicable.
