肝硬化患者血小板功能变化分析

Analysis of the Change of Platelet functions in Patients with Hepatocirrhosis

本文测定了肝硬化患者的血小板粘附与聚集功能并与正常对照比较。结果发现，肝硬化患者血小板粘附与聚集功能均显著低于正常，且下降程度与肝功能Ｃｈｉｌｄ 分级一致。提示肝硬化患者的出血倾向有血小板功能异常参与，且肝功能损害可能为血小板功能异常的主要原因。

In this study,the adhesion and aggregation functions of platelets in patients with hepatocirrhosis were tested.It was found that both the adhesion and aggregation functions of platelets in patients with hepatocirrhosis were lower than normal significantly,and this decrease was in accordance with the severity of the liver disease.This study suggests that the change of platelet functions are involved in the hemorrhagic tendency in cirrhosis,and the damage of liver function is the main cause of the decrease of platelet functions.
