黑料豆丸治疗肾病综合征低蛋白症107例疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Hypoproteinemia in Nephrotic Syndrome Treated with Black Soybean Pill

观察自制黑料豆丸治疗肾病综合征低蛋白症的临床疗效。１４２ 例患者随机分为治疗组１０７ 例，对照组３５ 例，分别用黑料豆丸及强的松治疗。结果：下肢浮肿、腰酸乏力症状，治疗组疗效优于对照组，总有效率治疗组为９２．５ ％ ，对照组为５７ ．１％ 。２４ 小时尿蛋白和血液生化指标，治疗组治疗前后自身对照比较及治疗组与对照组比较，Ｐ＜０．０５。治疗组免疫功能紊乱得到改善，ＩｇＧ 明显提高，ＣＤ４ 提高、ＣＤ８ 降低，ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８ 比值提高，治疗前后比较Ｐ＜０ ．０５。证明黑料豆丸能降低患者尿蛋白、升高血白蛋白、调节免疫功能、降低血脂，对肾病综合征低蛋白症具有良好的治疗作用。

To observe the clinical effect of hypoproteinemia in nephrotic syndrome treated with self made black soybean pill,142 cases were randomly divided into treatment group(n=107)and control group( n =35),and respectively treated with the pill and prednisone.Results:The total effective rate was 92.5% in treatment group and 57.1% in control group;for 24 hour urinary protein and blood biochemical indexes,both comparisons between pre and post treatment in treatment group and the comparison between treatment group and control group showed P < 0.05; in treatment group,the immunologic disoreder was relieved significantly after treatment( P <0.05).It was demonstrated that black soybean pill was effective in reducing urinary protein,increasing blood albumin,regulating immunity and lessening blood lipid,which facilitated to treat hypoproteinemia in nephrotic syndrome.
