摘要
明代穆世锡编辑的《食物辑要》是现存海内孤本。本书八卷,主要记载四百三十种食物的性能、作用、主治、用法等,采撷历代医家有关食物本草的精辟论述和珍贵资料,引文达四十余处,其中不少为亡佚食物本草著作的内容。
Book Summary of Food Herbs compiled by Mu Shi xi in the Ming Dynasty was the only existing copy at home and abroad.Property,function,indication and usage of four hundred and thirty food herbs were recorded in this eight volume copy;brilliant expositions and valuable data on food herb of successive physicians were cited in this book up to over forty inems,many of whose original were lost.
