摘要
目的:为排除靛玉红或其它组分的干扰。建立中成药青龙散的质控方法。方法:利用一阶导数光谱法对青龙散中靛蓝的含量进行测定。结果:平均回收率为99.63%,RSD为±0.18%。结论:本法准确、稳定、测定结果可靠。
VE:To get rid the disturbances of Indirubin or other components and set up a method for quality control of Chinese Traditional patent medicine Qinglong pulveues. METHOD:Indigo was determined by using First Derivative Spectrophotometric Method(FDSM). RESULT:The average recovery was 99. 63% and the RSD±18%(n = 4). CONCLUSION :This method is accurate and stable,and the result is reliable.
