摘要
目的:建立复方薄荷醑中苯酚的含量测定方法。方法:以乙醇为溶剂,采用紫外分光光度法直接测定苯酚含量,测定波长为272±1 nm。结果:苯酚在8.0～48.0μg/ml范围内,浓度与吸收度呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.5％,RSD为0.35％(n=5)。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可代替溴量法测定复方薄荷醑中苯酚含量。
VE: To establish content determination of phenol in Spirituous Menthol Compound. METHOD: Using UV determination with alcohol as a solvent and detection at 271±nm. RESULT:The linear range of phenol was 8. 0~48. 0 ug/ml with an excellent correlation the average recovery with RSD being 99.5%±.35 %(n =5). CONCLUSION:This method is sim-ple,effetive and accurate,it can be used to replace bromometry analysis.
