菊蓝抗流感胶囊野菊花和板蓝根的提取工艺研究

Study on Extracting Technology of Anti-influenza Julan Capsules

目的:探索菊蓝抗流感胶囊中野菊花和板蓝根提取的最佳工艺条件。方法:以醋酸乙酯提取物的量为指标,采用正交试验法考察影响提取的主要因素。结果:影响提取的因素主要为乙醇浓度和提取次数,其次为溶剂量和提取时间。结论:优选的提取工艺切实可行,收得率高。

VE:Try to find out the best extracting technological conditions of Anti -influenza Julan capsules. METHODS:Using the orthogonal test to be taken extractive of ethylac-etate as a target,for main factors of extracting Yujuhua and Banlangeng in Anti-influenza Julan capsules were observed and compared. RESULTS:The extracting factors were effected by the al-cohol concentration and extracting times first and then the solvent amount and extracting time. CONCLUSION:The best extracting technology is feasible and extractive is higher.
