摘要
在不拆卸显微镜头的情况下 ,使用福尔马林自然蒸发及氧化熏蒸两种不同方法 ,消毒手术显微镜 ,经细菌学检验结果显示 ,两种方法均有灭菌作用。通过临床实践 ,氧化熏蒸灭菌法需时短 ,但影响镜头的清晰度 ,并残留较长时间的气味 ;而自然蒸发灭菌法不影响镜头的清晰度 ,也没有刺激性气味存留 ,对显微镜无任何损害。
Formalin either natural vaparization or oxidizing vaparization was used to disinfect surgical microscope without being disassembled. The result indicated that both methods had sterilizative effect. It took shorter time but not good for the objective lens and smell left for a longer time in oxidizing vaparization sterilization. Contrast, natural vaparization was much better than oxidizing vaparization.
