摘要
为了早期预防和减少白血病人的口腔感染 ,我们对 5 4例白血病化疗病人作了口腔细菌菌相和药敏分析。结果 5 4例病人口腔采样培养致病菌阳性者 45人 ,阳性率达 83 3 % ;培养出 19种致病菌 ,4种主要致病菌对多种药敏检测分析显示一定耐药性 ;根据药敏检测结果以联合用药方式进行针对性口腔护理后 ,口腔致病菌培养结果均呈阴性 ,转阴率 10 0 %。提示根据口腔细菌培养和药敏分析结果采取联合用药方式针对性进行口腔护理 ,可以取得较好的临床效果。
In order to prevent early and decrease mouth infection in patients with leukemia, mouth bacteria were cultured and antibiotic sensitivity test was carried out in 54 cases of leukemia. The results indicated that positive rate was 83.3%(45cases).19 species of pathogenic bacteria were isolated, 4 kinds of main pathogenic bacteria possessed resistence to several drugs. Mouth pathogenic bacteria disappeared after mouth nursing with several medicine combined according to the result of drug sensitivity test.
