速灭光乳油的研制及效果观察

在研究蚊、蝇抗性的基础上,选取高效氯氰菊酯、敌敌畏原油及增效剂S_2研制成速灭光乳油。经实验室药效测定,该剂对蚊、蝇有良好的防治效果。用剂量为50mg·ai/m^2的该乳油涂布于玻璃、水泥板、涂料板3种板面上,在实验室条件下,玻璃板对蚊、蝇击倒中时分别在3.2～8.7min和5.2～9.8min之间,24h死亡率均为100％,在其它板面上持效作用较差。现场喷洒,可使成蚊密度迅速下降,有效期达90d左右。
