摘要
为了探讨最佳的支架外固定方式及优化参数,采用7 具新鲜尸体股骨(含股骨头)标本,人为造成股骨粗隆间骨折,进行外支架固定的优化生物力学实验。将试件置于WE5 型生物力学试验机上,分别对支架的四种力学参数(倾角、偏心距、针距、针数)进行轴向压缩实验,绘出载荷位移曲线,比较不同固定条件下支架的强度。结果表明,倾角在130°固定时支架刚度明显优于100°时,偏心距、针距均与支架强度成反比,针数与固定强度成正比。提示临床治疗应根据生物力学原理,优化利用外固定支架各参数。
In order to explore the optimum mode and the optimized indices of the external brace fixation, intertrochanteric fracture specimens were made from 7 fresh cadaveric femora (including the femoral head) received biomechanical experiments of the optimization of external brace fixation. The specimens fixed by external brace were placed on WE 5 Mode Biomechanical Experimental Machine; axial compression experiments were performed on the four mechanical indices of the brace, such as tilt angle, eccentrisity, range and number of needle, respectively; the load displacement curves were drawn; and the brace strengths under the different fixation conditions were compared. The results showed that the brace rigidity under 130° inclination fixation was much better than that under 100° inclination fixation; the brace strength was proportional inversively to the eccentricity and the needle range and directly to the number of needles, suggesting that all the indices of the external fixator brace should be optimized according to the biomechanical principles and used for the clinical treatment as to achieve the optimum fixating efficacy.
