摘要 目的:探讨口底癌MSCT灌注成像的可行性,研究口底癌的MSCT灌注特征。方法:19例口底癌患者行MSCT灌注检查,全部为活检或病理证实;分别测量口底癌组织和自身残存正常口底组织的血流量(BF)、血容量(BV)、毛细血管表面通透性(PS)和平均通过时间(MTT)作为灌注指标,比较灌注值差异,以评价口底癌的血流动力学改变及规律性。结果:19例中口底癌组织CT灌注值BF为(118.179±43.968)ml.min-1.100g-1,BV为(5.283±1.519)ml.100g-1,MTT为(3.623±1.159)S,PS为(20.981±6.874)ml.min-1;自身正常口底组织BF为(19.626±7.041)ml.min-1.100g-1,BV为(1.960±0.616)ml.100g-1,MTT为(12.326±5.276)S,PS为(9.026±3.2391)ml.min-1,两组灌注值差异有显著统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。结论:口底癌的MSCT灌注成像方法可行,灌注数据获得简单快捷,能够定量的反映出口底癌的血流灌注变化。 Objective:To evaluate the feasibility of MSCT perfusion in mouth floor carcinoma and to investigate the characterization of mouth floor carcinoma.Methods:19 cases were studied using MSCT perfusion imaging;all patients were confirmed by the biopsy or the pathology.The opposite side of sick or the surviving normal mouth floor tissue was taken as the control group.Results:In mouth floor carcinoma group(n=19),BF,BV,MTT and PS were(118.179±43.968) ml·min^-1·100g^-1,(5.283±1.519) ml·100g^-1,(3.623±1.159) S,and(20.981±6.874) ml·min^-1,Respectively.BF,BV,MTT and PS in the control group were(19.626±7.041) ml·min^-1·100g^-1,(1.960±0.616) ml·100g^-1,(12.326±5.276) S,and(9.026±3.2391) ml·min^-1.The two groups had significant difference(P〈0.01).Conclusion:The method of MSCT perfusion performed in the area of mouth floor carcinoma is feasible,which is fast and easily to obtain data about perfusion parameters of this areas cancer.
