摘要
目的:探讨医院小型PACS构建的临床应用价值。方法:使用装配上IDE台式硬盘的单机版存储工作站(原用于存储CR图像),将现有的数字胃肠机、CR、DR、16层CT、3.0T MR与5台干式胶片打印机、KI的RIS工作站等通过局域网连接。结果:通过小型PACS构建,可以完成医学影像的自动或手动传输与存储;可在系统书写诊断报告、选择性使用不同的打印机打印照片、登记录入、工作量统计、模拟向临床科室传输图像等。结论:利用现有条件构建小型PACS,能够实现不同网段操作系统各异的成像设备的在线存储,实现资源共享。
Objective:To discuss the application value of the mini-PACS construction in hospital.Methods:By use of single version workstation stores for FCR,which was equipped with the IDE hard disk,the RF,FCR,DR,16 slices helical CT,3 T MR were connected to Dry Film Printers and the RIS workstation of KI by LAN.Results:Through the mini-PACS construction,medical imaging can be automated and/or manual transferred and stored automatically or manually.The imaging device can selectively use every kind of printer to print photos of film,write medical report,complete the registration work and analog transmit images to clinical departments.Conclusion:Through the construction of mini-PACS,online storage of different imaging device in different network segment can be achieved,therefore,information sharing can be achieved.
