摘要
随着钢球磨煤机的广泛使用,对其制粉系统性能的要求也越来越高。针对这一现象,提出了基于动态矩阵控制算法的钢球磨煤机制粉控制器。将该控制器应用于球磨机系统的仿真研究表明:运用动态矩阵控制算法能有效地解决球制粉系统多变量、强耦合、大时滞、非线性时变的问题,具有实时性强、计算速度快和抗干扰能力好等优点。
With the extensive use of ball mill,the requirements of milling system performance is increasingly high.In response to this phenomenon,this paper presents ball mill pulverizing controller based on dynamic matrix control algorithm.The controller is used in ball mill system simulation shows that: the use of dynamic matrix control algorithm can effectively solve ball milling system's multivariable,strong coupling,large time delay,nonlinear time-varying,with strong real-time,computing speed,robustness and anti-interference ability.
