人文社科类专业实践教学基地的创建与管理关乎学生实践能力和创新能力的培养和提高,关乎专业人才培养的质量。因此,应当结合专业需要和实践教学基地需求创建基地,规范管理实践教学过程,同时不断拓展基地的功能,使基地成为专业提高人才培养质量更强有力的支撑。

The creation and management of Humanities and Social Science Base of Practice Teaching is an important issue for the development of practicing ability and innovation ability on students. And it is also a significant element for the training quality of professionals. Therefore, it should be set up combining with professional needs and practice teaching base demand. The practice training should also be managed with standard, and at the same time, its function should be expanded. In doing so, the practice base then could be constituted as a more powerful teaching institution for high quality professional quality.
