TGF-β_1Ⅱ型受体在肝癌蛋白水平的表达

The Protein Expression of TGF-β_1 Type Ⅱ Receptor in Hepatocellular Carcinoma

［目的］研究转化生长因子-β1Ⅱ型变体（TGF-β1RⅡ）在肝细胞癌蛋白水平的表达及意义。［方法）用免疫组化染色（LSAB法）分别检测30例肝癌组织和癌旁肝组织中TGF-β1RⅡ的表达。［结果]TGF-β1RⅡ染色，在肝癌组织以阴性（14例）和弱阳性（10例）为主；在癌分组织以弱阳性（8例）和阳性（11例）为主。经统计学处理，两组差别有显著性意义（P＜0.05）。（结论]TGF-β1RⅡ在肝癌组织表达降低，导致肝癌细胞及性生长调控障碍，可能是其癌变和生长失控的重要原因之一。

[Purpose]To investigate the protein expression of Transforming Growth Factor-β1 RⅡ receptor (TGR-β1R Ⅱ)in hepatocellularcarcinoma(HCC). [Methtod]The protein expression of TGF-β1 RⅡ mRNA in 30 cases of HCC hssue and its surrounding tissue was detectedseparately by immunchistochemical technique(LSAB). [Result] The stairing of TGF-β1 RⅡ protein was mainly negative (14 cases )and weaklypositive(10 cases) in HCC tissue; while in the surrounding liver tissue,the staining was mainly positive(11 cases)and weakly positive(8 cases) .Therewas sigmhcant difference between two groups(P<0.05). [Conclusion]The decrease expression of TGF-β1 RⅡdecrease expression of TGF-β1 RⅡ by tumorous hepatocyte leads to thedefect of its negative growth regulation,and this may be one of the most important reasons for its carcinogenes and uncontrolled growth.
