摘要
本文主要介绍了施耐德电气ATV71工程型变频器,在柳钢烧结厂长管带机多电机传动应用。其中重点分析了交流变频传动相对与传统液力耦合器优势分析、多电机驱动应用实现的不同方式以及施耐德ATV71系列变频成套设备在具体工程实践中的设计特点等。通过现场调试与实际运行情况来看,该系统运行稳定可靠、维护量小、故障率低,达到了预期设计的效果。
This paper gave the presentation of the multi-drive application of long belt conveyors with Schneider Electric ATV71 inverter in Liuzhou steelworks. For instance, the competition analysis between the traditional equipment, Variable Fluid (Hydraulic) Cou- pling and the AC drives, the various drive solution of multi-motor and the unique point of Schneider Electric ATV71 enclosure drives in this project. Through on-site testing with the actual running situation, the system stable and reliable operation, the small maintenance, low failure rate, to achieve the desired design result.
