摘要
培养创新人才是落实科教兴国和建设创新型国家的重要任务、也是当代教育的终极目标,现代教育技术是改变传统教学的必要方法和途径.文章从教育技术能力和创新人才的内涵着手,弄清二者的内在关系,有助于教育技术的发展和教育目标的实现.
Training about cultivate innovation person is the important task of carries out the rely on science and education to rejuvenate the nation and the construction innovation country,is also the contemporary education ultimate objective.The modern education technology is the way to changes the traditional teaching.The paper expound the relation between ＂Educational Technique Ability＂ and ＂Train Innovation Person＂ from meanings,aim to development educational-technique and accomplish the goal of educational.
