江苏省0～14岁儿童车祸损伤死亡流行病学调查

Epidemiological survey on traffic accidental deaths among 0 14 year old children in Jiangsu

目的 掌握江苏省０～１４ 岁儿童因车祸死亡的流行病学特征。方法 采用分层整群随机抽样技术，对江苏省４ 个市、９ 个县，共１３ 个监测点４７－４１ 万０～１４ 岁儿童１９９４～１９９５ 年车祸死亡进行监测。结果 江苏省０ ～１４ 岁儿童车祸损伤死亡率为１１－０／１０ 万， 在儿童意外死亡中排第三位，但在城市是第一位意外死因，占意外死亡的２９－９ ％ 。农村儿童车祸死亡率是城市的２ 倍。车祸死亡男童明显高于女童，男女之比为３∶１ ，男童死亡主要集中在１～９ 岁。车祸发生原因第一位是行走，其次是横穿马路和骑车。结论 车祸发生除与交通状况有关外，还与社会经济状况有关，儿童性别、年龄与车祸发生有密切联系。

Objective To understand epidemiological features of traffic accidental deaths among children aged 0 14 years in Jiangsu Methods A prospective survey was conducted on the accidental deaths of children aged 0 14 years in Jiangsu province during 1994 1995 By using stratified cluster random sampling, the authors drew 13 survey areas including 4 cities and 9 counties with a population of 474 100 children aged 0 14 years Results The average mortality rate of traffic accident was 11 0 per 100 000 children aged 0 14 years Traffic accident was third leading cause of deaths among accidental deaths, but was the first leading cause of deaths in city, and accounted for 29 9% of accidental deaths The mortality rate of traffic accidental death in rural areas was twice that of the urban areas The traffic accidental death rate of boys was higher than that of the girls, the ratio of boys to girls was about 3∶1 The traffic accidental deaths most frequently occurred in boys aged 1 9 years The three leading causes of traffic accidental deaths were pedestrian, pedestrian crossing, and bicycling Conclusions The occurrences of traffic accidents were related to social economic conditions besides traffic conditions and sex and age
