摘要
盐池县"农村妇女小额信贷"项目始于1996年,十多年来,该项目经过不断完善管理体制、操作程序等,逐渐形成了"小额信贷盐池模式"。该模式实现了支持贫困人口和增加农户经济收入的目的,使妇女得到了全面发展,积累了丰富的经验,但也存在明显不足,希望在以后的实践中能够得到进一步完善。
＂Rural women＇s Microcredit＂ program in Yanchi County started in 1996.And after over 10 years＇ perfection of management system and operation procedure,＂Microcredit Model in Yanchi＂ has been gradually formed.This model achieved the goal of supporting poor people and increasing farmers＇ income,realized the comprehensive development of women,accumulated rich experiences,but obvious deficiencies still exist.And we hope in practice this model can be improved.
