摘要
目的 探讨在建立慢性病毒性心肌炎及扩张型心肌病动物模型(DMC) 的实验途径,获得制造该模型所需的必要实验数据。方法 对柯萨奇B3 亲心肌株病毒(CVB3m) 进行驯化,感染不同品系的纯系实验小鼠。观察并记录感染小鼠的死亡及发病情况。结果 实验组昆明鼠和NIH 小鼠的死亡率分别为2-5% 和7-5% , 二者的心肌未见有明显的病理改变;Balb/c 雄鼠感染CVB3m 后死亡率为51-7% ,且发病较重;Balb/c 雌鼠感染经驯化病毒后, 实验组小鼠死亡率为27-8% , 感染病毒后10~20 天心肌组织均有不同的病理改变,40 天后实验组小鼠心脏与体重的比值明显大于对照组。结论 Balb/c 雌鼠感染经驯化的CVB3m 为建立慢性病毒性心肌炎及扩张型心肌病动物模型提供了一个实验途径。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and features of animal models of chronic viral myocarditis and dilated cardiomyopathy Methods Different kinds of bred mice were infected with Coxsackie virus B 3 (CVB 3m ), which was tamed in Hela and cultured mouse myocardiocytes Mortalities and pathological changes were observed and analyzed Results In experiment groups which were infected by CVB 3m , the death rates of Kunming and NIH mice were 2 5% and 7 5%, respectively. No significant pathological changes were identified The Balb/c mice had a higher death rates of 51 7% and 27 8% in male and female mice, respectively. Significant pathological changes were found from 10 to 20 days after being infected with CVB 3m The ratio of heart and body weight of the female Balb/c mice was significantly higher in infected mice than that of contrels Conclusion Female Balb/c mice infected with tamed CVB 3m might be used as a murine model of chronic viral myocarditis and dilated cardiomyopathy
