洁净环境下工作医护人员“类病态建筑综合征”初步调查

Investigation on the "quasi-sick building syndrome" of medical and nursing staff working in hospital clean surroundings

目的了解医护人员在医院洁净环境下的"类病态建筑综合征"发生状况。方法在武汉地区随机整群抽取15家医院,对洁净环境下工作的医护人员进行匿名问卷调查。结果调查了15家医院的927名洁净环境下工作的医护人员,其中826人(89.10%)分别出现了胸闷、乏力等21种不适症状,这些不适症状在休息不足、应急紧张工作、患病等情况下更易出现。结论医护人员在医院洁净环境下出现一定的"类病态建筑综合征"不适症状。

Objective To explore the ＂quasi-sick building syndrome＂ of medical and nursing staff in hospital clean surroundings.Methods An anonymous survey was conducted in 927 medical and nursing staff from 15 hospitals by random cluster sampling in Wuhan.Results Among 927 medical and nursing staff,89.10% had chest tightness,fatigue and other symptoms.Medical and nursing staff under certain condition,e.g.lack of rest,emergency intense work,illness and other circumstances,were prone to have above symptoms.Conclusions Medical and nursing staff working in hospital clean surroundings have some symptoms which are similar to ＂sick building syndrome＂.
