摘要
构成教师口语能力的要素及其呈现形式,是关系到教师口语能力培养的关键问题。认清口语能力要素之间的关系,才能处理好训练的主次,抓住训练的重点。教师口语能力的核心要素是运用语言的能力,其他因素是提高语言运用能力的辅助因素。教师口语能力通过自然度、自信度和自由度三个维度得以显现。
Integrant factors of the teachers' speaking competence and its presenting form play a key role in the cultivation of the teachers' speaking competence. A clear understanding of the relationship between them is to be the essential basis of the distinction of primary - secondary relationship and the grasp of the core in the training course. The competence of the application of language is viewed as the core factor relevant to the teachers' spoken language while the others are minor to improve the language ability. The teachers' speaking competence tends to be displayed in the form of naturalness, confidence and freedom.
