摘要
零售业服务链战略理论框架的构建是从价值链管理理论与零售理论相结合的角度出发的,其内容包括零售轮转理论、辩证进程学说、手风琴学说、自然选择学说和价值链理论等几个部分。它以顾客需求为诉求点,把顾客需求信息传递给零售企业,再由零售企业传递给供应商、分销商,从而实现把满足顾客需要的产品及相关服务投放市场这一战略目的。
Combining retail trade and value chain theory, a strategic and theoretical framework for retail trade service chain is constructed. The framework includes wheel & retailing, dialectics process, accordion theory, natural selection and value chain, eta Taking customer demand as the appeal point, it delivers information about customer demand to retail enterprises, then retail enterprises deliver the information to suppliers and distributors, and at last it realizes the strategic purpose of putting productions and relative service satisfying customer demand into the market
