摘要
酒店实习是旅游专业教学活动中的必要环节,有助于学生树立专业意识,培育出符合行业需求的人才,是课堂教育的延伸。酒店实习过程,是学生由学校走向社会的一个过渡期,学习生活环境有较大变化,由此心理和行为上在实习不同阶段表现出特有的特征,对此心理过程和对策的研究,有助于提高学生的适应能力及实习教学目的的达成。
Hotel inlernship is an indispensible process in teaching activities of tourism major because as an extension of classroom education, it can help the students to establish professional consciousness and the school to euhivate talents who can meet the demands of the profession. The internship process serves as a transitional period when the students go to society from school. With great changes in their learning and living environment, the students show distinctive features in psychology and behavior at different stages of the process. A study on this psychological process and its countermeasures is conductive to the improvement of the students' adaptability and the achievement of the goal of the internship.
