摘要
本文系统地研讨PC和PLC自由口通信在数码显示中的应用。首先简要的介绍实验平台硬件配置,然后明确的提出上位机控制任务和下位机监控内容,最后详实的设计PC机和S7-200PLC自由口通信程序。运行程序表明:PC和S7-200PLC自由口通信简单、可靠、实时性好、成本低、便于调试。
This article systematically studied the application of free port communication between upper computer and PLC in digital display. First, this article briefly introduced the hardware configuration of experimental platform. Then, PC control tasks and lower level computer monitoring contents were clearly put forward in the paper. In the end, the program of free port communication between upper computer and S7-200PLC has been designed in detail. Running the program shows that the free port Communication who has good real-time and convenient debugging is easy and reliable.
