摘要
该文针对生物化学实验蛋白质沉淀反应与盐析作用中一些学生不能科学解释的实验现象进行了详细分析。为学生更深刻地理解理论知识做了必要的铺垫,也为今后的教学提供了宝贵的参考资料。
In this paper,some strange phenomena occurring in the biochemical experiment ＂protein precipitation reaction and salting-out＂ which students can not explain are analyzed in detail.It provides not only a necessary groundwork for students to understand the speculative knowledge better,but also a valuable reference for teaching.
