通过对实验教学队伍激励需求与职业满意度的调查研究,提出相关建议,为学校建设一支综合素质高、结构合理的实验教学队伍提供参考依据。

The incentive requirement and job satisfaction are researched among the present laboratory teaching staffs in our university.Furthermore,we come up with some suggestions in order to build a team of laboratory teaching staffs of high level,high quality and rational structure,and provide reference for colleges and universities at the same time.
