摘要
目的运用护理程序的方法对内科护理教学进行改革,提高教学质量,培养合格护理人才。方法将3个年级各100名学生的班级按单纯随机抽样分为实验班和对照班,每班50人。实验班按照护理程序的5个步骤进行教学,对照班按照传统方式进行教学。结果实验班学生对内科护理教学效果的评价、教师对实验班学生的评价及理论考试成绩显著高于对照班。结论运用护理程序教学对提高学生综合能力有显著效果。
Objective Using nursing program to reform internal medicine nursing teaching for improving teaching quality and gaining qualified nursing personnel Methods By simply random sampling,every 100 students class of three different years was divided into experimental group and control group, 50 per group. We followed the 5 steps of nursing program for experimental groups teaching and followed traditional method for control groups. Results It showed that the teaching quality assessment from students, the teachers＇ evaluation and students＇ examination scores in experimental groups were significantly higher than that in the control groups. Conclusion By using nursing program method in medical nursing teaching,it has a remarkable effect to improve the comprehensive ability of student nurses.
