摘要
当前监理行业处境尴尬的原因有认识上的局限,有法律法规对监理定位的错误,更有监理行业自身的问题。在探析原因的基础上,对改变监理行业处境、更好发挥其咨询作用提出了建议。
The factors that put construction supervision industry in the embarrassing situation are as following：limitations of its understanding,laws and regulations＇ improper orientation of construction supervision industry,and its own reasons.Based on analyzing and exploring the above factors,suggestions on improving the embarrassing situation of construction supervision industry,and promoting its consulting function are proposed.
