"钓鳌"这一意象在古代文学作品中反复出现,在探求"钓鳌"本事的起源的基础上,进而阐释"钓鳌"作为一种意象和情结其本身的审美价值和对后世的影响:它已经成为中国士大夫精神世界的一座堡垒,借以安慰自己,从而尝试窥探出古人隐于"钓鳌"情结中一种传统的文人价值观。
