国际化人才培养与语用迁移

The Cultivation of Internationalized Talents and Pragmatic Transfer

培养国际化人才就是要使学生具有高水平的外语技能和跨文化交际本领。由语用负迁移引起的语用失误是跨文化交际中常见的现象。目前这方面的问题主要是我们在人才培养目标、师资力量、教学内容和教学方法上都存在不足和缺陷,不能满足学生的需要。由此对外语教学提出了新的要求和挑战,我们应当丰富外语教学实践,强化语用知识,为培养合格的国际化人才而努力。

The cultivation of internationalized talents means colleges should improve their talents with competents to play a part in economy globalization.Pragmatic transfer refers to the fact that students should be able to behave adequately in cross-cultural communication to avoid pragmatic failure.However,present situation has some defects in these aspects：ultimate goal of college students,teachers,teaching contents and teaching methods of foreign languages.All this arouses challenges and reform to curriculum and foreign language instructions in colleges.
