Under the background of various quality evaluation standard of talent in higher education,when meeting the new problem appearing in the school running patterns of the independent colleges,this article attempts to make a comparison between the quality evaluation standard of talent cultivation in Independent colleges and that in the ordinary universities so as to realize the study on the quality evaluation standard of talent cultivation in Independent colleges.This is also very important for the independent colleges to guarantee the quality of talent cultivation.
