摘要
21世纪是学校的教育创造性转型的时代,《刑事诉讼法》也不例外,它所处的时代背景也对这门课程的教学改革提出了迫切的要求。本文通过对课程性质和课程设计具体内容的论述,对《刑事诉讼法》的教学改革提出了一些理论建议,以期引起法学教育者对此问题的更广泛的关注与思考。
of the code of criminal procedure course design：the 21st century is the era of the creative transformation of education in schools,code of criminal procedure was no exception,the era in which it is also the subject of teaching reform put urgent demands.This paper on the nature of the courses and course design discussion of specific content,the teaching of the code of criminal procedure reforms put forward some theoretical suggestions,in order to give rise to legal educators in this wider concern and consideration of the problem.
