HPLC法测定消乳散结胶囊中芍药苷的含量

Determination of Paeoniflorin in Xiaoru Sanjie Capsule by HPLC

目的:建立测定消乳散结胶囊中芍药苷的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(25∶75),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为230nm,柱温为室温。结果:芍药苷对照品在0.14824-1.33416μg范围内,进样量与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.24%,RSD%=1.00%(n=6)。结论:方法简便可行,结果准确可靠,重现性好,可作为本产品的质量控制方法。

Objective：To establish a method for the determination of Paeoniflorin in Xiaoru Sanjie Capsule by HPLC.Method：The content of Paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC.The separation was performed on C18 column with methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid solution（25：75） as a mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.the wavelength for detection was 230 nm.The column temperature was roomtemperature.Results：The control content of Paeoniflorin was within the range of 0.14824-1.33416 μg,and there was the fine linearship between the sample input and the peak area,the average recovery was 99.24%,RSD was 1.00%（n=6）.Conclusion：The method is simple,reliable,accurate and can be used to control Xiaoru Sanjie Capsule.
