摘要
目的:探讨护理专科毕业生就业压力与抑郁的影响因素及相关性。方法:研究对象采用整群随机抽样的方法,随机抽取449名研究对象。以问卷调查的形式进行调查,对数据多元逐步回归分析。结果:护理专科毕业生职业素质、求职竞争、心理预期、求职帮助、供求矛盾方面压力及总压力与抑郁成正相关。结论:护理专科毕业生的压力对学生的抑郁情绪有影响。
objective： To discuss the correlation of employment pressure and depression and factors affecting depression of nursing graduates.Methods：449 subjects were obtained by using cluster random sampling method.The subjects were investigated with questionnaire.The statistical method included： stepwise multiple linear regression analysis.Results： Professional quality、job competition、sychological expectations、job search assistance、contradiction between supply and demand、overall employment pressure of nursing graduates were positively correIated with depression.Conclusion： Employment pressure of nursing graduates have an effect on depression
