县域城中村的治理方式研究

县域城中村的治理是中国城市化进程中的重要问题,而现实的县、乡、村关系和县域城中村治理方式难以适应城市化发展的需要。这就需要改善三者关系,缓解三者之间的矛盾,转变现行的治理方式。改善行政管理机制、实施社区建设和推进城乡一体化建设是三个可供参考的有效措施。
