摘要
Sperber和Wilson从认知科学的角度对语言交际进行了尝试性的探讨,提出了有影响的关联理论,从而给语用学带来了新的研究热点。本文简单介绍了Dan Sperber和Deirdre Wilson的关联理论,以及E.A.Gutt提出的关联翻译理论。从传统翻译理论对译者的认识入手,随着翻译理论的发展,人们对于译者的角色和地位的也有了新的认识,特别是关联理论使人们意识到了译者的双重角色和重要地位。
Relevance theory was established by Dan Sperber and Deirdre Wilson in 1986. It was applied to explain many phenomena in translation fields. Translation theory and its practice have entered a vigorous development time since last century, especially after the appearance of the relevance theory. E. A. Gutt introduced relevance theory into translation practice. According to relevance theory, translation is a process of double ostensive-inferential communication, so translator plays an active role in translating process.
