摘要
新生代企业家是最具竞争力和发展力的商人。目前绍兴的企业中,集聚了大量的新生代企业家,这些人主要由三部分组成:约40%左右是在现代教育和传统经营双重影响下逐渐成熟的老商人的第二代,俗称"富二代";约40%左右系本地成长起来的自主创业者;还有20%来自外地,即从异地市场"转学"过来的外地创业者。他们是目前绍兴众多企业中的领军人物或核心人物。本文通过对绍兴新生代企业家的问卷调查,以新生代企业家个人视角为基点,对绍兴的新生代企业家进行了描述,并阐述了绍兴新生代企业家成长的意义,最后从三个方面提出了对新生代企业家个体发展的对策。
The new generation of entrepreneurs are the most competitive and potential merchants. There gather a large number of new generation of entrepreneurs in Shaoxing's enterprises at present. These people mainly fall into three classes : about 40% of them are nicknamed as rich second generation, whose fathers are wealthy merchants under the double impact of modern and traditional education; about 40% are local independent entrepreneurs; another 20% are entrepreneurs from other places. They are the leading or central figures in many of Shaoxing's enterprises. Through a questionnaire of Shaoxing's new generation of entrepreneurs and from their personal perspectives, this paper describes the new generation of entrepreneurs, explains the significance of their growth in Shaoxing, and finally proposes some growth strategies of new generation of entrepreneurs in three aspects.
