针对我国电力系统在线监测和故障诊断技术在应用中所存在的问题,以高压断路器为例,对它目前国内外研究现状进行了详细阐述,并总结了断路器机械特性在线监测的主要实施项目,且重点介绍断路器机械振动信号在线监测的特点及信号处理方法,并就目前在线监测所存在的问题提出看法。

Considering the problems of on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis techniques in our power system.,take the high voltage circuit for example,the application and developing situation of high voltage on-line monitoring technology are extensively illustrated,and the main implementation projects of current high voltage circuit breaker mechanical condition on-line monitoring are summarized,and the on-line monitoring characteristics of the circuit breaker mechanical vibration signal and the methods of vibration signal are chiefly introduced,then the problems of present on-line monitoring system are analyzised.
