摘要
川化股份有限公司化肥二厂30万吨/年合成氨装置投产以来机组控制系统从未进行改造。随着使用年限增加,控制装置可靠性下降,备件供应和维护相当困难。北京康吉森自动化设备技术有限责任公司承担机组控制系统改造工作,根据机组的现状和问题采用综合透平压缩机组控制技术实施改造。
Snice the 30 million tons/year ammonia plant operation the unit control system has never been any kind of transformation.With the increase of service life,the reliability of these control devices decrease,and spare parts supply and maintenance has been quite difficult.After repeated demonstration program,the decision by the Beijing Consen River of automation technology limited liability company takes the work unit control system,according to the unit＇s status and problems of integrated turbine compressor control（ITCC） implementation of the transformation.
