摘要
目的通过对同源框基因HOXA11表达水平的检测,探讨它们在子宫内膜癌发生过程中的作用,为从分子水平研究子宫内膜腺癌发病机制提供理论基础。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测30例增生期子宫内膜、30例单纯性增生子宫内膜、50例子宫内膜腺癌组织中HOXA11蛋白质的表达。结果 HOXA11主要表达于子宫内膜腺上皮细胞及腺癌细胞。HOXA11在正常增生期子宫内膜中表达最高,在子宫内膜单纯性增生和子宫内膜腺癌中表达呈下降趋势。HOXA11在子宫内膜腺癌的表达明显低于在正常增生期子宫内膜及单纯性增生子宫内膜的表达(P<0.05)。结论 HOXA11在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达下降可能参与了子宫内膜癌变的过程。
Objective The aim of the study is to explore the role of HOXA11 in development of endometrial adenocarcinoma though examination of expression level of HOXA11, and provide theory basis for mechanisms of endometrial adenocarcinoma development on molecular level. Methods Immunohistochemistry technique was used to detect the protein expression of HOXA11 in 30 cases of normal proliferative phase endometrium, 30 cases of simple endometrlal hyper - plasia and 50 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma. Results HOXA11 mainly expressed in epithelial cell of endometrium and endometrial adenocarcinoma. Expression of HOXA11 was the highest in the normal proliferative phase endometrium; lower in the simple endometrial hyperplasia ; and the lowest in the endometrial adenocarcinoma. Expression of HOXA11 in endo- metrial adenocarcinoma was obvious low compared to normal proliferative phase endometrium and simple endometrial hyperplasia ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Expression of HOXA11 in endometrial adenocarcinoma is obviously low compared to normal proliferative phase endometrium and endometrial hyperplasia. The abnormal expression of HOXA11 possibly participates the pathogensis of endometrium canceration.
