摘要
宽QRS波心动过速鉴别诊断是临床心律失常分析的难点与重点。掌握其分析思路及鉴别诊断有助于指导治疗。本文结合近年文献对宽QRS波心动过速分析思路、鉴别要点作一简述。
Differential diagnosis of wide QRS complex tachycardia is a difficult and important point in analysis of clinical arrhythmia. To grasp its analytical ways and differential diagnosis is helpful to instruction treatment. This paper is a summary to the analytical ideas and differential key points and common flow chart of wide QRS complex tachycardia.
