To investigate major detection methods of tea polyphenols and the information of the vaginal suppository carriers. Cases and related information were gathered as an over-clew in this paper. Tea polyphenols has a certain effect on inhibition of hela cells and therapy of HPV infection. Vaginal suppository is a new carrier with a slow - release suppository, a little irritation and other advantages. This paper provides us an overview of the vaginal suppository carriers and detection methods of tea polyphenols, which is quite helpful and useful for us to improve our treatment.
