Back to the night of 5th August 2005 that the day Baidu listed on NASDSQ successfully,the share price increased over 300%.On that day, when the founder of Baidu Yanhong LI was taking the interview from CNBC, Xiaoming LAI was working on the final edit and supplement of Baidu’s IPO document in his office in Central, Hong Kong."At that time,I put a seed in my deep heart,which is that I must set up my own company at least once in my life,except felt exciting for Baidu’s successful list." This thought companied LAI for five years,and it was realized in October 2010 finally. LAI cooperated with his old partner, former managing director and head of Greater China of Standard Chartered Private Equity Fan CHEN to founded Uni-Quantum,which is a private equity fund based on the thought of value investment.
