电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定大气气溶胶中金属元素

Determination of Metal Elements in Aerosol by ICP-MS

本文采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法对大气气溶胶里的Pb、Cu、V、Cd等4种金属元素进行了同时测定。通过加标回收实验,建立了大气气溶胶中Pb、Cu、V、Cd等4种金属元素的ICP-MS分析方法。经实验,各元素的精密度均小于5%,回收率介于96.0%-108.3%之间。实验结果表明:该方法不仅具有较好的灵敏度和检测精度,而且实现了4种元素的同时测定,大大提高了测定效率。

A new method for the determination of metal elements in aerosol samples by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer（ICP-MS） and Microwave Digestion is reported in this paper.By using well-tested method and appropriate sample preparetion procedures,metal elements in aerosol samples can be analyzed with good accuracy and precision.The recoveries these elements were 96.0%-108.3%,relative standard deviations were less than 5%.
