基于扫描电镜对S355J2G3钢板微观结构的研究 被引量:1

摘要 在室温至零下60℃之间,对S355J2G3钢板进行冲击实验,然后利用扫描电镜、能谱仪和光学显微镜等测试手段分析其冲击断口的微观形貌、夹杂物成分和显微组织。比较试样正火前后冲击韧性的变化,以及夹杂物和带状组织对冲击断裂行为的影响。结果表明:硫化锰夹杂物和带状组织均严重降低S355J2G3钢板横向的冲击韧性。正火处理能显著改善S355J2G3钢板横向的冲击韧性,但对其纵向冲击韧性的提高作用很小。 The impact tests of S355J2G3 had been conducted between room temperature and-60°C,and then the impact fractures and structures were analysed by scanning electron microscope(SEM) with energy despersive spectroscopy(EDX) and optical microscope.Impact toughnesses of S355J2G3 steel plate before and after the normalization were compared,and the effects of elongated sulfide inclusions and microstructural banding on the fracture behavior of the samples in the course of impacting were discussed.The results showed that the elongated sulfide inclusions and microstructural banding deteriorate the transverse impact toughness of the plate heavily.Normalization could improve the impact toughness of the plate in the transverse direction remarkably,but it had little effect in the longitudinal direction.
